Excellent people who work there. Very knowledgeable about all of the animals! My African Grey Parrot, Boris, was boarded there for a month when I first arrived back in Florida. I was living in a hotel one block away and visited him every day. I could tell that the staff treated him like royalty! I love them all!

I came here feeling overwhelmed with my new pet. Brianna was incredibly helpful and supportive. The resourcefulness is much appreciated. Impeccable customer service. They let me pet the pig! The male staff member, I believe his name was Aaron although I can’t recall, he was incredibly informative as well. I felt very welcome. I was very impressed by this store. Thank you Animal House! Great place, will be back.
